Hamas is beyond awful

Anyone who supports them or believes in them is an awful thing. Israel not doing what it can - FOR OUR OWN STANDARDS - to protect children as much as we can as we defend our own would be awful.

I believe we are doing what we can.

It’s hard to know as I’m not a decision maker but I believe it. Based on what I know of our people.

I’ve been reading about the UN and the trucks in Gaza and them not doing a thing about it - and based on the UN and all the facts, I believe they are failing miserably and are complicit.

This situation we are currently in, to me, is a values issue and we have to try our damnedest to stop those killers who want to annihilate us while NOT killing those who don’t want to annihilate us, impossible as it might be 😞

We are in an impossible situation. It is not black or white. But it is possible to talk about it. To feel about. To engage respectfully. To have empathy to all who are worthy of empathy. I don’t say that primarily with the intention of saying it to others. I say it to me. It is critical to keep reminding ourselves and to know why we are in this situation to begin with and the Jihadists who are ultimately responsible for it all.

May real peace and an end to suffering for all innocents come sooner than later.

And may we bring our hostages home 🎗️
