U.S. Gymnast, Jordan Chiles, was stripped of her floor exercise bronze medal in the 2024 Olympics. I break down the law behind the Court of Arbitration for Sport's Ruling and some things that don't add up. I also go over the statements made by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), USA Gymnastics, US Olympic & Paralympic Committee and International Olympic Committee. The Young Young RICO trial resumes with Kenneth Copeland's testimony. He told prosecutors under cross-examination he lied to the detectives so that he would not be in custody. The court denied the defense's motions to dismiss so the defense attorney's have taken a writ. As of Monday, August 12th, Tom Girardi was on day 4 of his trial. I went over the witness covered right before I began filming the podcast. The prosecutor's are already done with half of the witnesses on their list. This should be a fast trial.
