On December 30, 2022, Bryan Kohberger, a 28-year-old criminal justice graduate student at Washington State University, was arrested and charged with the four Murders. This is an Idaho Death Penalty case with extensive litigation over evidence, discovery, and where the summer 2025 trial will be held.
