What did Diddy do now? His attorneys are asking for bail again while holding his appeal on pause for when it doesn’t work. Diddy’s lawyers continue to go after the prosecution's case while arguing that the Government's case against Diddy isn’t strong. Kouri Richins, the Utah mom accused of poisoning her husband with a laced Moscow mule, asked the court to reconsider her bail and was denied after a hearing on November 12, 2024. The Commonwealth prosecutors would like to remind everyone that when you give media interviews, they may be used against you. The new special prosecutor has brought a renewed motion seeking interview audio and notes from Gretchen Voss who interviewed Karen Read on multiple dates for Boston Magazine. They are hoping to use her ‘confessions’ to facts about the case in that interview, and likely others, in her second trial. Karen Read and her lawyers will be back in court November 13, 2024 on a motions hearing. Will the court agree to continue the trial until April?
