Drake accuses the companies of committing Civil RICO, Payola and hurting his brand. Drake uses the example of the song “They Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar, rise to fame. Tom Girardi was Denied a New Trial. The Judge believes he is malingering about the severity of his condition and cites many instances during the trial that would have been the case. Sentencing remains on the calendar for December 20, 2024.
