6:09:25Now PlayingAt the very end of the day on Friday the Prosecution rested. The Defense was asked to argue their Judgment of Acquittal/Motion to Dismiss, and they asked to say on Tuesday. The Defense was asked how many witnesses they anticipated; they told the court they would let him know on.... Tuesday. So we will find out together how long the defense case will be and when/if Donna Adelson will testify. Based on pre-trial motions, I expect she will testify in her own defense. Stay tuned.
