as posted by the channelI wasn't going to post this video because I didn't feel it was "spiritual" enough. Mainly because the music is from a non-Christian artist, the speech is from the movie "Hook" and the quote at the beginning is from an author that I do not know.
But, I woke up this morning and felt to deeply encourage each parent to enjoy every moment with your children. I want to gently suggest that you shut off your phone for a while, close your laptop, turn off the TV and dive fully into attention to your children.
Let's hold them a little longer.
Look in their eyes a little deeper. Listen a little harder.
Enjoy everything.
Delight in every moment.
Make up adventures.
Do nothing.
Be sillier.
Believe.
Converse.
Think together.
Work together.
Take in every bit of life that we can.
Suck every nectar out of this season of family and number our days that we may truly be wise and so richly enjoy all the aspects of this life we have been given by God.
