YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIn this video I reference an important work by the influential Afrikaner thinker and playwright, N.P. van Wyk Louw, in which he discusses the concept of 'liberal nationalism'. Louw explains that the liberal ideas about respecting the freedom of other individuals to arrange their lives as they see fit ought also to be applied between nations. In this regard, he speaks about the difference between living in tradition, living outside of tradition and living from tradition.
