YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC), led by its President, Stefano Forte, hosted a joint press conference with Lex Libertas in Pretoria, South Africa
Forte and the NYYRC shared what they have seen and experienced over the last week in South Africa, as part of their fact-finding mission to investigate the extent to which minorities — and the Afrikaner community in particular — are being persecuted by the South African government.
Together with Lex Libertas, a South Africa-based think tank and advocacy group, the NYYRC announced a petition and a plan of action to take what the NYYRC has observed in South Africa to an American audience — and more particularly the American administration and the White House. The campaign will include hosting a vigil in Washington D.C. to display 3,000 white crosses on the National Mall, as well as the presenting of a petition and memorandum to the White House.
You can contribute to this mission in one of the following ways:
• You can support this campaign financially by sponsoring one white cross by contributing $15.
We plan on executing this campaign in the Fall of 2026, but in order to achieve this, we would need a sponsorship of 3,000 white crosses.
• Sign the petition.
We require at least 100,000 signatories on the petition, which we will present to the following institutions: the President of South Africa, the Parliament of South Africa, the President of the United States of America, the U.S. State Department, and various international forums, including the United Nations, the African Union and the European Union.
