MBABANE:Judge Titus Mlangeni has been condemned by businessman Issufo Calu, the owner of Matsapha Big Tree Galp Filling Station for jailing top lawyer Mangaliso Magagula merely for doing his job.
Magagula who was representing his client Matsapha Galp and the businessman “is currently locked at Sidwashini Prison” merely for representing his client after being found guilty of contempt of court by labelling court proceedings as a “secret meeting”.
The businessman visited Sidwashini Prison on Saturday morning to check on his lawyer, he strongly condemned the persecution of the President of the Law Society of Eswatini(LSE).
