Nkwene Bucopho BeNkhundla Dan Dladla accused of misappropriating about R70,000.00 billionaire Natie Kirsh’s poverty reduction Inhlanyelo Fund loan payments, says “I will not speak pending conclusion of Incwala and uMphakatsi meeting”.

NKWENE:Dan Dladla, the Nkwene Bucopho BeNkhundla has been accused of misappropriating about seventy thousand Rands (R70,000.00) Inhlanyelo Fund loan payments.

As a result, residents of Nkwene told this Swaziland News that, Inhlanyelo Fund has blacklisted them from applying for loans pending the payment of the outstanding balance by those who previously benefited.

Inhlanyelo Fund was established by billionaire Natie Kirsh to assist emaSwati establish small businesses and fight poverty.

It has been disclosed that, the Fund approached uMphakatsi after discovering that some residents were not paying back the money, uMphakatsi subsequently collected the money in cash, Bucopho was then mandated to pay Inhlanyelo Fund.

But when asked by this publication if he paid back the money, Bucopho said he won’t confirm whether he paid the money to Inhlanyelo Fund or not.

“I won’t confirm whether the money reached Inhlanyelo Fund or not”, he said.

When asked if he received the money from uMphakatsi and mandated to pay it back to Inhlanyelo Fund, Dladla confirmed receiving the money from the residents through uMphakatsi but maintained that, he won’t confirm whether it reached it’s intended destination or not.

Residents of Nkwene remain blacklisted and struggling to secure loans from Inhlanyelo Fund as the matter remain unresolved with Bucopho making one excuse after another when asked about the whereabouts of the money.
