0:33Now Playing‘Viswasam’, one of Ajith’s biggest blockbusters, has managed to get a viewership higher than second telecast on television according to BARC. This time it went up to 16.12 million compared to 15.59 million during the film's previous telecast. ‘Viswasam’s’ producer Sathyajyothi Thyagarajan said that this is because of Ajith’s charming presence and the content. In coronavirus pandemic even when people have other sources of entertainment like OTT platforms, despite that the film has done very well. The premiere of ‘Viswasam’ is said to hold the highest impressions for a Tamil film (18.14 million), followed by Vijay Antony's ‘Pichaikkaran’ (17.69 million) and Vijay's ‘Sarkar’ (16.9 million).
