Singh, based his remark on the fact that neither the actress nor her lawyer ever mentioned anything about transferring the case to the CBI during the entire hearing of her plea to transfer case from Bihar to Mumbai in the apex court. He further added, 'Rhea's lawyer argued till the end that we want Mumbai Police only to investigate the case but now that she's lost, she's doing face-saving. She just keeps proving that all the allegations against her are true.'
