Shibani recalled how Rhea had been completely outraged about the incident where one of Sushant's sister molested her while intoxicated. Supporting Rhea, Shibani added that Rhea was right in informing Sushant about what happened which may have led to tensions within SSR's family. Talking about her close friend's not so good terms with Sushant's family, Shibani said that these things happen and sometimes the girlfriend doesn't get along with the family. However, Shibani also added that this does not equal murder. She further urged people to let investigating officers do their job and not vilify Rhea and her family. Shibani asked for Rhea's family to be left alone.
