Due to the three-month-long lockdown, many sectors have suffered economic losses, and the television industry is one of them. Once the process of unlocking resumed, many shows got back in gear with their work. With the actors' health insurance, availability of doctors on the set, the cost for the production team has increased, and amid all this, they have slashed the fees of actors. While there are a few, who argue about getting paid how they would pre-lockdown, there are a bunch of reputed actors, who have accepted a pay cut and call it a two-way process and say that we all have to agree and come to a common point.
