Now, explaining their stands in the allegations levelled by Prabhakar Sail, both NCB and Sameer Wankhede have submitted affidavits before the special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court on October 25. NCB has ordered a vigilance inquiry into cruise drugs 'extortion' affidavit involving Sameer Wankhede.
