Not hubby Vicky Kaushal, but her father-in-law Sham Kaushal has worked with Katrina Kaif in films!

ETimes was the first to inform you about the much-awaited December wedding of B-town lovebirds Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif. The couple has now tied the nuptial knot at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur district in Rajasthan in a grand ceremony and we can now officially call them Mrs and Mr. Interestingly, while the couple is yet to share screen space in a movie, it is Vicky's father Sham Kaushal, a veteran action director, who has worked with the actress in several films. Sham Kaushal, who has been in the showbiz industry for decades now, has worked with the actress in films like ‘Dhoom:3’, ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, ‘Phantom’ and ‘Rajneeti’. In one of the incidents involving Vicky Kaushal's father and the actress herself, reportedly Shyam Kaushal wanted Katrina Kaif to ‘hide’ during the action sequence in ‘Phantom’. However, it was the actress who simply refused to remain in the shadows owing to her character who was a RAW agent and went ahead to perform stunts in the films. On the other hand, the newlywed couple is seriously contemplating signing a film together once their wedding festivities come to an end. After completing their ongoing projects, post-honeymoon, the couple might sign a film together. So far, their fans have got an idea of their off-screen chemistry, now it will be interesting to see their on-screen chemistry as well. Meanwhile, despite the 'no phone' policy, ETimes managed to get you the first glimpses of the groom and bride in their wedding outfits. In the pictures, while the 'dulha', Vicky Kaushal, looks regal in what appears to be a cream or gold sherwani, Katrina, on the other hand, seems to have opted for a traditional red lehenga for her big day designed by Sabyasachi.
