The Enforcement Directorate has booked the businessman for money laundering based on an FIR by Mumbai police against him and others alleging they ran pornographic apps. The central agency will now soon be summoning Kundra and others named in the case for questioning. ED sources have said that the case against Kundra got registered last week after examining all the collected details about the financial transactions between him and the other accused, including those based overseas.
