Bringing a sigh of relief to Shah Rukh Khan and his family in the infamous drugs case, NCB gave 'clean chit' to Aryan Khan. Sanjay Kumar Singh, DDG (Operations), NCB said, 'A complaint against 14 persons under various sections of the NDPS Act is being filed. However complaint against rest six persons is not being filed due to a lack of evidence'. These 6 persons are Aryan Khan, Avin Sahu & 4 event organisers. Aryan was arrested on October 2 last year following the Narcotics Control Bureau's raids in a cruise in Mumbai. He was granted bail by the Bombay high court 25 days after his arrest.
