The Pride Business Network Foundation is responsible for operating the salon, which has received initial support from Deutsche Bank and the Rotary Club of Bombay. The salon currently employs at least six members of the LGBTQIA+ community, with the goal of providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to find employment as beauticians in the mainstream job market.
