as posted by the channelIn the latest development in the former NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede bribery case, a criminal PIL has been filed seeking to make Shah Rukh Khan an accused for allegedly giving bribe to save his son Aryan Khan in drugs on cruise case. The PIL will be heard on June 20. According to the PIL, CBI filed an FIR against Wankhede for allegedly negotiating through KP Gosavi with SRK and settling a bribe amount from Rs 25 crore to Rs 18 crore and then accepting Rs 50 lakh in cash in a deal to save his son Aryan Khan.
