Rani Mukerji denies dating Aditya Chopra in an old interview before their marriage

Rani Mukerji has been married to Aditya Chopra since 2014 and the two are doting parents to their daughter Adira. Recently, an old interview of the actress with a news channel surfaced on the internet wherein she can be seen denying being romantically involved with the YRF chief. ‘He is a friend, he is a person I have worked with in so many films. I have great regard for him’, Rani had said about Aditya then. The interview was posted on Reddit by a user with a caption that read, ‘When Rani refused to being in relationship with her friend Payal’s husband Aditya Chopra. Weirdly, they married 3 years after this interview’. Reacting to the post, a user called Aditya and Rani a ‘Cheating husband and home wrecker mistress’, whereas another one wrote, ‘Such a good actress’. One of the netizens commented, ‘It reminds me of phrase... Some actors are always acting not just in the movie’. Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra were rumoured to be dating for a long time before they finally tied the knot on April 21, 2014.
