Esha Deol & Hema Malini skip the success bash of Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’, netizens wonder WHY

Sunny Deol who is currently basking in the blockbuster success of ‘Gadar 2’ recently hosted almost the entire film industry at the film’s success party. The bash was attended by his old rivals Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgn as well, apart from celebs like Salman Khan, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Karan Johar and amny more. Even his family including Dharmendra, Karan Deol, Bobby Deol and his wife Tanya marked their presence and were seen in a celebratory mood. However, Sunny’s step-sisters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol gave the party a miss. Even Dharmendra’s second wife Hema Malini was nowhere to be seen at the party. Esha has been showing her support to ‘Gadar 2’ on social media, whereas Hema showered a lot of praises on the film after watching it in a theatre recently. But the mother-daughter duo chose to skip the film’s success party for unknown reasons. In a media byte, Hema Malini reportedly said that ‘Gadar 2’ lived up to her expectations and evoked a sense of nostalgia in her from the 70’s and 80’s era. The sequel of the 2001-hit film ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ is all set to breach the 500-crore at the nationwide box-office. The current earnings of the film stand at Rs 493 crore.
