Kangana Ranaut expresses disappointment for not being able to donate funds for Himachal Pradesh

Kangana Ranaut recently took to X, previously known as Twitter, to criticise the Himachal Pradesh government. The actress shared images showing her failed attempts at donating funds for Himachal Pradesh flood relief and wrote ‘Trying to donate for Himachal floods disaster but the government there can’t even run a aapada rahat kosh properly, such a shame, after trying whole day more than 50-60 times could only donate some amount #himachalfloods’. The images shared by Kangana showed that she intended to donate Rs 10 lakh, but could only donate Rs 5 lakh. The ‘Queen’ actress also attached the receipt and a pic showing the error that she faced while making the online payment. Notably, Himachal Pradesh witnessed severe rainfall and intense flooding earlier this year resulting in major damage to infrastructure and tragic loss of lives. Kangana, who hails from the state, had expressed her grief for the victims saying that she is ‘constantly praying for the well-being’ of the mountain people. On the work front, the actress is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film ‘Tejas’.
