The actor in an interview with Times Now was asked about the war situation in Israel, and he responded saying ‘Any kind of terrorism is wrong. It is very sad what happens. I hope everything stops and becomes normal; that's all I can pray for.’ When he was further asked that many people are condemning the situation enough, Akshay stated, ‘I condemn any kind of killing of children or women. Any kind of thing that is wrong.’ Notably, Bollywood celebs like Swara Bhasker and Kangana Ranaut have reacted to the Israel-Palestine war on social media and the latter also condemned the loss of innocents. Going by the reports, over 1100 people have lost their lives so far in the ongoing conflict. Meanwhile, Akshay’s ‘Mission Raniganj’ has hit the big screens and recorded opening weekend collections of Rs 12.15 crore.
