Going through her Insta feed, it is evident that not only physical appearance, Kranti's fitness journey has enhanced her overall well-being. Earlier, in an interview with The Times Of India, the actress opened up about her workout routine and shared that she prefers doing yoga and kathak to stay fit. 'I am not a big fan of the gym. I have a yoga instructor under whose guidance I do yoga. I also do weights at home. I am learning kathak, and I practice for an hour every day. That is one of the best cardio exercises', said Kranti. She added, 'Despite my hectic schedule, I see to it that I don't miss kathak practice. It doesn't take much. I just have to get up half an hour early and do my practice.'
