Ankita is a contestant in 'Bigg Boss 17' and while speaking to her co-contestant Navid Sole, the actress revealed details about the 'pain' she went through after Sushant 'moved-on' post their break-up. Ankita said, 'It was very difficult for me to move on past the break up as it was a very long relationship. It happens when one moves on and the other cannot. It took me almost two and half years to overcome that pain. I took my time and I couldn’t move on as I couldn’t imagine dating anyone else. I don’t remember what it was like as it was so painful and shocking.' Adding further, Ankita said that she 'never stopped believing in love' and 'manifested it' and then Vicky 'entered' in her life. She said, 'He was my friend, though, but I never saw him any other way. I used to talk about my ex with Vicky and tell him that I felt my ex would come back and that I'd wait for him. I don't even know how it happened. He just entered my life and proposed to me for marriage directly; no relationship, nothing. And then I decided to go ahead. I waited for a long time. I wasn't jumping from one relationship to another. I had a really hard time, but when Vicky came into my life, my life changed.' Ankita and Sushant were paired opposite each other in Ektaa Kapoor’s 'Pavitra Rishta' and their performance as Manav and Rachna garnered them immense praise and fame. The couple reportedly were in a relationship from 2009 to 2016, before Sushant reportedly decided to move on to focus on his career in Bollywood.
