3:24Now Playing'Dhoom' director Sanjay Gadhvi passed away on November 19. The filmmaker, who made his directorial debut with 'Tere Liye' in 2000, complained of sudden chest pain during his morning walk near his residence in Lokhandwala. He was sweating heavily and was quickly rushed to the Kokilaben Ambani hospital, however the doctors said that he had passed away on the way and was declared brought dead. According to reports, he suffered a heart attack and his last rites will be performed in the evening. His daughter Sanjana told PTI that Sanjay was 'perfectly healthy' and added, 'He passed away at 9.30 am this morning at his residence. We are not sure what it is, but it is most likely a heart attack. He wasn’t unwell, he was perfectly healthy.' Sanjay is known for his work in 'Dhoom', 'Dhoom 2', 'Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai', 'Kidnap' and 'Operation Parindey'. Sanjay is survived by his wife and two daughters.
