The actor revealed the same in a recent interview with Pinkvilla while promoting his upcoming film ‘Sam Bahadur’. Vicky reportedly said, ‘I have done half of the film’s shooting before my marriage and then I took off for my marriage. Right after the marriage, within two days, they were calling me on the set. Toh fir mujh dhamki mil gayi thi ki tumhe do din baad set pe hi jana hai toh shaadi rehne hi do. Then I said ‘no’ and I went to the sets of the film after five days.’ Further talking about life after marriage with Katrina, the 35-year-old actor said ‘Marriage has been really beautiful and it really is a blessing to find a companion for yourself where you truly feel like you have come back home. It’s a sukoon vala feeling. It’s a great feeling, she is a lovely human being. It is fun living and exploring life with her. I am traveling a lot with her, something I didn’t experience much before.’ Notably, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif tied the knot in December 2021 and will complete two years of marriage this year. Meanwhile, on the work front, Vicky is gearing up for the release of ‘Sam Bahadur’ on December 1. He will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan later this year. Katrina Kaif, on the other hand, is all set to appear in the Sriram Raghavan-directorial ‘Merry Christmas’ alongside Vijay Sethupathi. The film is slated for a January 2024-release.
