Firing at Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal's Canada home; gangster Lawrence Bishnoi claims responsibility

Entertainment industry and Gippy Grewal's fans are in shock after gunshots were reported outside the Punjabi singer's residence in Canada. Notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has claimed responsibility for the attack via a social media post. Unknown assailants opened gunfire outside Grewal's house in the White Rock area of Vancouver in Canada. A while later a Facebook post from an account named Lawrence Bishnoi emerged on social media claiming the responsibility behind the incident. The post read, 'While you may regard Salman Khan a brother, it is now time for your 'brother' to step in and save you. This message is for Salman Khan as well – do not harbour the illusion that Dawood or anyone can save you. Your reaction to Sidhu Moose Wala's death did not go unnoticed. We are well aware of the kind of person he was and the criminal connections he maintained.' The post also has mentions about Youth Akali Dal leader Vicky Middukhera and late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, 'You closely associated with Vicky during his time in Middukhera, and subsequently, you even mourned for Sidhu. Lawrence is currently in prison for allegedly orchestrating Sidhu Moose Wala's murder and has issued death threats to Salman Khan also. He has warned the actor to face consequences if he doesn't offer an apology to the Bishnoi community over killing two blackbucks during the shooting of 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998.
