Trisha Krishnan reacts to Mansoor Ali Khan's apology: 'To err is human, to forgive is divine'

Actress Trisha Krishnan, who was last seen in 'Leo' alongside Thalapathy Vijay, has forgiven her co-star Mansoor Ali Khan and reacted to his apology with a post saying, 'To err is human,to forgive is divine', followed by a folded hands emoji. This comes after Mansoor Ali Khan sought an apology from Trisha through a social media post. His apology was shared by a trade analyst and film critic on his X handle. Mansoor Ali Khan was earlier questioned with regard to the comments he made against Trisha after an FIR was filed against him under Section 354 A (sexual harassment) and Section 509 (word, gesture, or act intended to outrage modesty of woman). It all began after a clip from Mansoor's latest interview went viral wherein he is heard saying, 'When I heard that I was acting with Trisha, I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought that I could carry her to the bedroom just like I did with other actresses in my earlier movies. I have done so many rape scenes, and it's not new to me. But these guys didn't even show Trisha to me on the sets during the shooting in Kashmir.' Soon after coming across the video the actress had slammed Mansoor for his remarks and left a post saying, 'A recent video has come to my notice where Mr Mansoor Ali Khan has spoken about me in a vile and disgusting manner. I strongly condemn this and find it sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive and in bad taste. He can keep wishing but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well.
