Kapil Sharma's explosive rant: Airline shamed for delayed flight

Actor and comedian Kapil Sharma expressed frustration with an airlines on social media after experiencing a significant flight delay. Kapil, along with other passengers, was stuck in a transit bus for nearly an hour with no updates on their travel status. According to Kapil, the airline informed them that the pilot was delayed due to traffic, causing further inconvenience.

In his tweet, Kapil criticized the airline, stating that they were initially kept waiting in the bus for 50 minutes, and now the airline claimed the pilot was stuck in traffic. Despite the scheduled departure at 8 pm, it was 9:20 pm, and there was still no pilot in the cockpit. Kapil expressed doubt that the 180 passengers would choose to fly with Indigo again, concluding with the hashtag #shameless. Earlier on the same day, director Vivek Agnihotri also faced a similar situation with the airline. His flight was delayed by almost two hours, and he criticized the airline for the lack of communication from the captain or crew. Vivek mentioned the indifferent attitude towards passengers, citing filthy toilets and a disorganized crew. He questioned the airline's use of advanced AI software and suggested that airlines should consider partial fare refunds for significant delays beyond 30 minutes.
