The actor, said to be in a live-in relationship with the deceased, is accused of harassment and blackmail by her family. The tragic event unfolded on November 29, prompting the girl's father to report Jagadeesh to the police, claiming his actions led to his daughter's suicide. An investigation found significant evidence on the deceased's phone, showing that Jagadeesh had taken photos and videos of her with another man on November 27. It is alleged that he blackmailed and threatened her, leading to her hanging herself on November 29. Charged under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (abetment to suicide), Jagadeesh was arrested on Wednesday by the Panjagutta Police in Hyderabad.
