Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agasyta Nanda also opened up about mental health and how he dealt with anxiety. Recently, he appeared on her sister Navya Naveli Nanda's show, where he shared his thoughts about anxiety issues. He said, 'I used to feel a lot of anxiety. When you're living in a world where there's so much going on, you do one thing that grounds you'. 'The Archies' actor added, 'Because we're so used to getting things in an instant, we've lost patience and faith.' Agastya concluded on a positive note, saying, 'Whoever you believe in, whether it's God, or energy. If you just pass on that burden, it relieves you.'
