Deleted messages paint picture of a more confrontational Relli, who is the accuser in the case. During fourth day of trial, Rocky's attorney Joe Tacopina fired questions at Relli. Asked the accuser if he deleted several texts off his phone before reaching out to law enforcement. While Relli first instantly claims the texts are fake, but a minute later admits deleting messages. In the evidences admitted in court, Relli's phone shows three unprompted texts from Rocky. But Rocky's phone shows four messages allegedly from Relli where he's talking tough. The text messages are from before Rocky allegedly shot Relli after heated confrontation in 2021. Watch-
