3:21Now PlayingInvestigators have discovered a second suicide note in the Las Vegas home of NYC shooter Shane Tamura, echoing the chilling contents of the first letter found at the scene. Both notes reference CTE - a degenerative brain disease linked to violent behaviour and mental decline. Tamura, 27, questioned whether the condition drove him to kill, asking for his brain to be studied. The NYC Medical Examiner has confirmed a full brain analysis is underway. Tamura shot and killed four people, including an NYPD officer and a Blackstone executive, before turning the gun on himself inside a Manhattan high-rise.
