Nicholas Rowe
Nicholas Rowe is a historian and the Hanson Associate Professor of Leadership at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. With over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across higher education and nonprofit organizations, he specializes in cross-ethnic reconciliation, conflict resolution, and spiritual direction for individuals and reconciling communities. Nicholas has worked extensively in the United States and South Africa, guiding leaders toward emotional health and effective leadership.
Sheila Wise Rowe
Sheila Wise Rowe is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over three decades of experience offering counseling and spiritual direction to trauma survivors and leaders. She has worked in the U.S. and South Africa, ministering to unhoused and abused women and children while also teaching Christian counseling and trauma recovery courses. She is the author of Healing Racial Trauma and Young, Gifted, and Black. Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate the emotional toll of leadership and find healing.
