Raymond Chang is the co-author of Future-Focused Church and serves as the Executive Director of the 10x10 Collaboration at Fuller Seminary, a nationwide movement seeking to reach 10 million young people with the Gospel over the next decade. He is also the President of the Asian American Christian Collaborative, where he advocates for racial justice, unity, and the holistic flourishing of diverse communities within the body of Christ.
Ray’s global experience spans across Korea, Guatemala, Panama, Spain, and China, and he has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Ray brings a prophetic yet pastoral voice to conversations about discipleship, diversity, and the future of the church.
