YouTube Description
as posted by the channelFive counties in the state of Oregon that supported Donald Trump in the 2020 election have now voted to leave the state and join Idaho instead. They claim that they are tired of living in a state with "so many liberals," and they would feel more at home in Idaho. If that's the case, there's an easier way to become a part of Idaho, as Farron Cousins explains.

There was a truly bizarre movement taking
Place in the state of Oregon, among Trump
Supporters. And it is called the greater Idaho movement. I wish I was making this up, but this is 100% real. It's the greater Idaho movement. Here's what happened last week, five counties in the state of Oregon, all five counties, by the way, that voted for Trump voted within their county to succeed from the state of Oregon and go join the state of Ohio. And the reason they did this is because they were tired of living in a state with so many liberals. And we just want to be amongst our own kind. Our own can so stays a little too liberal. You want to get out of it. And they actually joined two counties that had already voted to do this. And together, those seven counties actually represent 75% of the land area of the state of Oregon, but only 2.7% of the population. So, I mean, is that they get a little bit though, better population, a lot of land land that doesn't vote land that doesn't actually hold any political preference one way or the other.
And then 2% of the population says, we don't like liberals. We want to leave. Then get the hell out. Really? If it's bugging you that bad, if you want to become a part of the state of Idaho, that badly, there are easier ways to go about it, right? We don't have to carve up the state of Oregon in order to do that. Y'all can just leave and sure. I know it's easier said than done it. Find a new job. You had to pack up the family. You got to find boxes to move that that sucks. But really if it's bothering you that much, get the hell out. You don't have to destroy the union itself just because you don't want to live near liberals. Who's the snowflakes now, right? You're so off that you have to be near liberals or that liberals control your state, that you actually want to cut your stay and go join Idaho. No offense. Dido. I've never been there. I've heard. It's lovely. I love your potatoes. Here's the thing. As somebody that has lived in a red district, in a red state for my entire life,
I get it. It sucks.
I live in an area that is 75% Republican. I don't tell people what I do
When they ask me, because I know how these people are.
There are literally still Trump flags flying in my neighborhood. So I get it. I get not liking where you live because of the people, but I've never been at the point where I want to succeed from this area because it's a red in a red state, Florida, very red state now.
Yeah, you suck it up and you deal with, with it because you like the area. You like the schools, you
Have a, your, your, your spouse has a job here. Your kids enjoy it here. They got all their friends here and you have no real reason to leave other than I disagree with everybody politically. And if you can't handle that, because believe me, even without telling people what I do, I still get into political disagreements
All the time,
But I've never been in so many political disagreements in this area that I thought, screw it. We're cutting Florida up. We're going to go join ally note. Can't join them. Then we'll join. George. George has only kind of blue. So yeah, we're surrounded down here. So suck it up. Trump supporters and Oregon, everybody has
To deal with this. Stop
Trying to carve up your state just because you're throwing a temper tantrum
Because you can't stand dissenting opinions.
