Federal Judge Smacks Down Rudy Giuliani For Not Knowing The Law

Rudy Giuliani got smacked down by a judge last week for demanding to see the warrants that were executed on his properties, as well as a glimpse at what evidence they are looking for. The judge had to school Giuliani on basic legal concepts, including the fact that no one has the right to that material unless they have been charged with a crime, and that attorney-client privilege doesn't protect you if you committed a crime.
