During an interview last week with conservative host Wayne Allen root, Donald Trump seemed intrigued by the idea of possibly running for Congress and then using his congressional power to impeach and investigate president Joe Biden. Now this idea all came from root and here it is as route enthusiastically explained to the former president, how it would all go down, take a look.
Why not? Instead of just waiting for 2024, and I'm hoping you run in 20, 24, but why not? Why not run in 2022 for the United States Congress, a house seat and Florida when big lead us to a dramatic landslide victory taking the house by 50 seats, and then you become the speaker of the house, lead the impeachment of Biden and start criminal investigations gets Biden. You'll wipe him out for his last
Two years and then you'll be president. No, it's very interesting. That's so interesting. And people have said, people have said run for the Senate, okay. Run for the Senate. But you know what? Your idea might be better. It's very interesting.
So it's that easy. All you have to do is launch a congressional campaign, primary, whatever Republican is in that district. Um, go ahead. When that election then get to Congress, basically bully your way to the top of the line of authority become speaker of the house. Because of course it's not just the election. You have to win. You have to win enough seats back as Wayne Allen root says like 50, um, cause that's totally a thing that's going to happen. Uh, when 50 seats. So the Republicans become the majority. Again, you push your way past everybody else in line. You become speaker of the house then boom. Next thing you know, Joe Biden is impeached, easy peasy, lemon squeezy, right?
Um, Wayne Allen root is certifiable. I mean good God. Could you imagine getting that excited about a politician? That's a bit ridiculous. Okay. I think that's overkill the way he was acting like some obsessive little fan boy meeting his favorite superhero actor. Like, oh my God, you could do this. And it would be so great. You'd be a folk hero. You'd be a folk hero. Oh my God, could you please do it? I post there's a view on mobile, up my bed. Yeah. You're weird and creepy. And nobody should take you seriously. First and foremost, as I have repeatedly said on social media, please stop idolizing politicians. I don't care if it's somebody on the left or on the right, whoever it is, please stop idolizing politicians for that matter. Uh, please stop idolizing, uh, pundits hosts, you tubers, whatever it is, stop idolizing these people.
Cause I promise you. It's always going to disappoint you, but, but either way, Trump was intrigued. He like, it's very interesting. Your people wanted me to run for Senate, but this is a better path. Oh dude, do it. Just go ahead and do it. I, I would love to see Donald Trump have to run a congressional race. I really do think that would be great. And honestly, I feel like he would win. I feel like he would win. I also feel like his presence out there in the race might be enough to get other people out there in the rest of the country to vote against Republicans just because they don't want him to be in the majority. So then what happens right? Wayne? I mean, you had a very specific plan there and if every single piece doesn't fall into place, then suddenly you just have regular old Donald Trump being a Congressman, you know, from south Florida, no real power to speak of.
Then what he has to go to work every day. Like the rest of those people, he actually has to do things he has to show up and then he's going to be off because then he's obligated to do this thing. And he has no power. If the Republicans don't end up taking back the house of representatives. So it's a very stupid plan. It's a plan that has about a one and a half percent chance of being successful. But more than likely, it's going to off enough people throughout the rest of the country to come and vote against Republicans. Just so Donald Trump doesn't have any real power. And all of that also ignores the fact of what are you impeaching Biden for like investigate investigated for what?
