Newsmax Is Trying To Start A War With Fox News

Newsmax host Eric Bolling desperately wants to start a public feud with Fox News, his former employer, but Fox isn't biting. Bolling has repeatedly taken shots at Fox host Chris Wallace, calling him a Leftist for not being blindly partisan. But what's really happening is that Bolling's sour grapes are being revealed, as he must still hold a grudge against the network that let him go, forcing him into obscurity. Newsmax is desperately trying to start a fight with Fox news and the person at Newsmax leading the charge happens to be Eric Bolling, who I'm sure most people remember used to be a host on Fox news until 2017 when he was, uh, unceremoniously dismissed due to sexual harassment allegations. And recently bowling has used his new microphone over a Newsmax to try to convince his viewers that Fox news is not all it's cracked up to be. And one of his biggest targets of course, is Chris Wallace. Chris Wallace is one of the few voices on Fox news that isn't absolutely insane. And bowling says, this is proof that the network really doesn't believe all those horrible right wing things they've been pushing for decades. No, no, no. It's all about Chris Wallace, really? Because as bowling pointed out during the debates last year when Chris Wallace was moderating, he, he one time got on to Trump for interrupting Biden when it was Biden's turn to talk.

So that means the whole Fox news network is just total garbage because they wouldn't let Donald Trump interrupt Joe Biden during the debates. Now, here is a little sampling of what bowling has had to say about his former employer in the last few days. Think about what Fox is doing though. It's brilliant. Everything they truly believe is aired in the middle of the day. When everybody's at work, then they get home from work and watch evening commentary hosts say the complete opposite of what they reported just hours prior, Fox hosts, rage against the vaccine mandates. Yet they worked for a company that demands their employers, get employees, get vaccinated or get tested. Well, I'm going to hand it to you. You're not wrong about that part. They are absolutely out there being ridiculous about vaccine mandates while of course working for a place that mandates the vaccines and even Neil Cavuto recently admitted that even though the other hosts, the primetime ones, bowling's referring to try to say that that's not a thing.

I think it was Jessie waters. I think it was Jesse Waters that said that recently. But, uh, Eric, your a little conspiracy here makes no sense because you claim that Fox news in the middle of the day when they do the regular news, not necessarily the opinion stuff, which is their straight news, that that's what they really mean, but they air it when nobody's watching. And then when everybody watches, that's when they trot out the crazy. So wouldn't it be that when everybody's watching, that's, that's kind of what they are. That's that is their brand. The thing that everybody actually tunes in for, Hmm, Eric, I know, you know this because you worked there for many, many years. The reason Fox news airs those daytime shows is because they want to at least retain a little bit of legitimacy. That's the whole point of that. That's why they keep the name news in their title, because at some points during the day, there is in fact actual news coming across on Fox in the evening, those people are actually labeled as opinion commentators, but you know that what you're really trying to do is several things.

You actually just two things. First thing is you're showing us all your sour grapes, like your off that you got fired from the network that is the most watched cable news network in the United States. You know, you lost the biggest possible microphone for a conservative to have, and then you faded into obscurity for a little bit. I think you did some stuff with, uh, uh, Sinclair for a little bit, a couple of town halls here or there. Then you found a new home at Newsmax, which sure it's growing in popularity. Not as much as they had been. In fact, they've lost fewer since the election, but, uh, the microphone's not as big. It's not as powerful. It doesn't reach as many people and your off about that. And that brings us to the second part of what it is you're actually trying to do here.
