On Wednesday, Donald Trump officially rescinded his endorsement of Mo Brooks for the upcoming vacant Republican Senate seat from the state of Alabama. It's a very contentious primary happening right now in Alabama. And Mo Brooks is not doing well, ed. So Trump says through it, I'm taking my endorsement back. And the reason he says he's taking this endorsement back is, uh, total BS. He says it's cuz Mo Brooks became too woke. Let me read his statement. When I endorsed Mo Brooks, he took a 44 point lead and was unstoppable. He then hired a new campaign staff who brilliantly convinced him to stop talking about the 20, 20 election. Very sad. But since he decided to go in another direction, so have I, and I am hereby withdrawing my endorsement of Mo Brooks for the Senate. I don't think the great people of Alabama will disagree with me. Election fraud must be captured and stopped, or we won't have a country anymore.

Hmm. We won't have a country anymore. Right? Well, and that's actually what would've happened. Had you had your way and just straight up throughout the results of the 20, 20 election. Now here's the thing. This is total BS. As I said, it's a complete lie cuz you see Mo Brooks did in fact make the comments that we need to move on from the 2020 election. And of course he was referring to Donald Trump, but he made those comments last year, right in 2021. We're now in late March of 2022. So Donald Trump's endorsement made for months and months and months and months after Mo Brooks made these comments. And of course, just for the record, Donald Trump did in fact endorse Mo Brooks in April of last year. So this endorsement stood right for almost 12 calendar months and it stood for at least four months, I believe after Mo Brooks made those comments.

So why suddenly now why is something Mo Brooks said months in last year? Why is something he said last year, suddenly Donald Trump off? Well, the reason is simple. It's not Donald Trump understands that Mo Brooks has tanked in the polls. Mo is now in third place in a three way primary race. And at this point won't even make it to a runoff. Should it come to that? Mo Brooks has less than half of what the leader in the Republican race in Alabama has. He's not going to win. And also by the way, to address Donald Trump's comment that Mo Brooks took a 44 point lead after he got his endorsement. There's literally nothing that proves that for the record. Back then when Mo Brooks was the first and only person to announce for the race, when Donald Trump endorsed him, there were no polls because obviously there was one frigging candidate.

And then as more and more people announced, Mo Brooks kept falling, oh, he had a lead at one point, but he never had a 44 point lead. In fact, best. I can tell going back through months and months of polling from this, Ali am a Republican primary race. Mo Brooks has never even hit 44%. So Trump just pulled that number straight out of his folks. That's the level of lies that Donald Trump has sunk to. He literally pulled that number out of thin air could have been 46. He could have said 52. He could have said 68. He just randomly picked a number, uh, 44 and went with it. Cuz again, I've done the research that 44 point number doesn't exist never has clearly never will. So Donald Trump may in fact be mad that Mo Brooks said we should move on from 2020. And I have no doubt that he is mad about that, but that's not why he rescinded that endorsement. He did it because Mo Brooks is a political loser and Donald Trump didn't wanna be associated with another failed candidate because that list is growing far too large for Trump's liking.
