YouTube Description
as posted by the channelActor and former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced this past week that he would be filing an amicus brief with the Supreme Court related to a case on how Congressional districts are drawn. In December, the United States Supreme Court is going to hear the case of more v Harper, which argues that state courts and state legislatures, the state constitution do not, not state legislatures. It is state constitutions do not have any authority over the government's ability to redraw districts in their state. So according to this case that the United States Supreme Court, again, is going to be hearing in December, it could mean that a court would not be able to strike down any gerrymandered districts that say a conservative state decided to draw. So Arnold Schwarzenegger, former governor of California, decided to file an amicus brief brief, and he announced it on Twitter. He said, Hey, listen, I got expertise here. I was a governor. You know, we had to deal with this. We had to redistrict. So I'm filing an amicus brief to not do this ridiculous plan that this lawsuit wants to put in place. We do need checks and balances. He said, We need the courts, we need the state constitution. This is ridiculous to even consider it.
So after he tweeted, you had Jeffrey Clark, the former Trump DOJ official come out and actually attack Arnold Schwartzenegger on Twitter saying this, You know, when faux Republican, the Arnold is de mothballed, to file an amicus brief at the Supreme Court. One authored by significant Democrat Supreme Court practitioner David Fred Fredrick. The dim party is very, very concerned about how Mory Harper could come out at the Supreme Court. So you called him, you called him a faux Republican, and, and Arnold Schwartzenegger takes great pride in being a Republican. Always has you said he was deth mothballed you, you're ba you just, you're poking the bear, right? I know Arnold Schwartzenegger is not the Arnold Schwartzenegger of the seventies and eighties, right? He's not as big and b as he used to be. Still a big guy. Still pretty fit guy. And here we have the scrawny little Jeffrey Clark just, just poking, had him on Twitter, Not smart, especially because Arnold Schwartzenegger is not an idiot.
So Schwartzenegger fired back with an amazing tweet saying quote, Thanks for the kind message. I loved this photo of you, but if you want some tips on squatting to build up those legs, I'm here for you. The photo of course is Jeffrey Clark standing in his shirt and underwear in his driveway. As the FBI searched his home this past summer. Jeffrey Clark, of course, is one of the people under investigation for their attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Clark was actually considered by Donald Trump. He was thinking about putting Clark in charge of the DOJ after Bill Barr resigned because he knew that Clark was going along with all of his plans to overturn the election results. And as a result of all of that, the grand jury that the DOJ has, uh, convened on the matter, they sent the FBI down there, they took his electronic devices, he had to stand like an idiot in his driveway, in his underwear.
He even asked, Can I go put pants on? And they're like, No, you stand out here. Dumb. And so Arnold Schwartzenegger of course, gently reminded the public that this happened and then took a few pokes at his physique. Jeffrey Clark, however, was not done. Jeffrey Clarke was not about to let Schwartzenegger have the last word after making fun of him. So Clark responds with this, I'll pass on steroids Gator, eventually the health effects there will come home to roost. Love many of your movies, but clearly you're a fan of, of authoritarian government. So much for the merits of your Moore position. You go right for the cheap shot. Okay? So Clark got his feelings hurt. Clark's real sad and and I'm sorry dude. Um, if you are gonna attack the manliness of somebody, you know, cuz steroids as we all know impact your manhood a little bit.
Um, I don't think Arnold Schwartzenegger has that problem. Uh, we've, we've seen, you know, he's got quite a few kids out there, uh, including some that we hadn't known about before. But, um, yeah, so I would say probably not the best route to go. And it's also probably not a good idea to attack somebody that you're a
