MAGA Supporter Arrested For Threatening To Kill FBI And Fact Checkers

A hardcore Trump supporter in North Carolina has been arrested after sending death threats to a liberal fact checking group because he believed that the fact checkers were defaming Donald Trump. And then as he was being arrested by FBI agents, he then threatened to kill one of the agents, which of course has now gotten him slapped with even more charges because these individuals that support Donald Trump are just that deranged. Let me read this because this is absolutely horrifying. This is from Huff Post. Uh, the man, Steven Williams sent an email in September to progressive fact checking organization, good information Foundation, ordering members to cease and desist all defamation and slander of mega Republicans and Donald Trump. According to the complaint, this is treason an act of war, and we will treat you accordingly. He wrote, Williams allegedly also warned lethal action will be necessary if any physical detainment is attempted.

When I shut you down, when FBI agents showed up at the door of his Stokes Tale home last month after being alerted by the fact checking organization about the threat, Williams told one of the agents, I'm going to take you out the complaint states, he's now been charged with threatening to kill a federal law enforcement officer. But I think that's kind of secondary because obviously that happened while they were arresting him. I, I, I think he should be charged with it, but that's not the big point of the story here. This man was ready to go to the fact checkers, the people who research things to determine if a politician is lying. He was ready to kill them because they proved that what Donald Trump had been saying was a lie.

That's how devoted these people are, not just to him, but to the fake reality that he is selling them. This is a cult, but it goes beyond just, just, you know, a cult. It's a dangerous cult. It's a cult of almost psychopaths at this point. Sociopaths, at least these are people who are willing to kill and die for their cult leader, and they are willing to come after anyone who points out that, wait a minute, I think he just said something that's not true, that in their minds, like he said, and that's treason saying that Donald Trump told a lie is treason in the minds of these people. These are not people that can be reasoned with. These are not people you can sit and have

A rational conversation with. These are dangerous people who would rather see you dead than engage in a good faith, political argument. That is where we have come as a country now. This is where we are. If you go against Donald Trump, if you point out that what he said is a lie, if you prove him wrong, you should be dead. That is what these people think, and this is just one of many. This man, of course, right now is off the streets. I hope to God that the courts have enough good sense to understand the danger that this man poses, and they do not let him out before his trial. He needs to be sitting in jail until his trial. He is a threat, and I hope they give him the mental health help that he deserves because we can't just throw these people in jail and think, okay, good, we, we solved the problem. No, you have to get to the root of it. You have to have the trained professionals working with these people and deprogramming them, because if you don't, then you're just incarcerating them and you're not actually solving any problems at all. I want these people to get help, and I think they can be helped by the professionals, and until they get that help, they are a danger, a threat to each and every one of us.
