His poll numbers are slipping each month with conservatives, and he's getting absolutely demolished by President Biden in head-to-head matchup polls. Donald Trump's third presidential campaign has gotten off to, I guess you would say, a rocky start. Uh, uh, and that's putting it exceptionally mildly. Not only has he been rocked by scandal, after scandal, uh, call to terminate the Constitution, as well as of course, his entire organization getting hit with 17 counts of fraud. Things haven't been going well. And of course, now that we have all this new polling data showing that he is literally unpopular as ever, actually more unpopular than he's ever been, Rhon, DeSantis is crushing him. President Biden is crushing him. Trump could not be doing worse. And last week, his grand announcement, right, he teased it on Wednesday. Everybody thought, oh, he is gonna put his running mate. He's gonna say he is running for house of, uh, uh, speaker. No, he announced that he was, uh, gonna be further grifting his, his audience with NFTs.

Nothing is going his way. So the big question, of course, is why, and I think that's the question that nobody has really gotten down to the heart of yet. Why is his campaign failing so bad? Is, is it just the culmination of everything all at once? Or are people finally just realizing that he's all talk? No action. I honestly, genuinely do not have an answer to that question, but I find this phenomenon to be just absolutely intriguing right now. Trump hasn't changed. That's the thing we have to think about here. Trump has not changed. He is the same guy that he's always been. He's just a little bit older. It happens to all of us with each passing day, but he's not out there holding rallies. He, he's not having big events at Mar-a-Lago. He's had a couple, most of them personal, he's not meeting with, with his fans.

He's, he's not engaging them. He's barking in the dark on truth social because he's got too much invested in that to try to go back to Twitter, because that would tank truth, social. So it's just a weird thing to watch him struggle so much. And, and to be honest, I'm loving every second of it. It's great. Truly it is. But if he can't figure this out, he's not even going to be able to make it to the debate part of the Republican primary. We've seen Mitch McConnell come out in the last three weeks, three separate times, attacking Donald Trump. Trump hasn't even hit back. It's the weirdest thing we have ever seen with Donald Trump. It could be, again, maybe he's just old and tired now. Maybe he realized he

Actually enjoys being retired, popping up every now and then when he feels like it, but not actually being obligated to ever do it again. I think that may play a role. I think his fear of losing might be why he's not putting his whole heart into this presidential bid, but whatever it is, something's off with him and the Republicans see it. There's blood in the water. Mitch McConnell is pouncing. Other Republicans are pouncing. His base is starting to cool down on him like, eh, I don't know if you're the guy anymore. And if he can't fix that, because of all, yeah, he's got so many problems right now. If he can't fix all of them quickly, then his campaign may go from being on life support to being dead and buried. And honestly, that's not the worst thing in the world.
