This week, she's been in fights with members of the Freedom Caucus, she's lost her good friend Steve Bannon who is now calling for a "true MAGA" candidate to primary her next year, and a new report has revealed that her core base in her own district has turned against her. Marjorie Taylor Green is used to turning off voters throughout America, right? I mean, outside of her district, which is a deep red district in Georgia, you're not gonna find a ton of people, certainly not a majority in any part of the country that looks at Marjorie Taylor Green and says, oh heck yeah, I like the way she works. But again, none of that has mattered, right? Because she is in that deep red district so she can turn off all the rest of the voters in the United States, and it would not have a single bit of an impact on her electoral chances. But this week, new problems emerge from Marjorie Taylor Green because it turns out that she is not just turning off voters across the United States, but voters who have supported her twice in her own district have now turned against her because they believe she is becoming part of the establishment.

That's right. You heard that correctly. Marjorie Taylor Green's voters in her district are suddenly worried that she's not crazy enough for them. You know, before I get into the details, I want that thought to like sink in for a moment here, okay? Because we have talked at length, obviously about Marjorie Taylor Green being a bit of a wacko when it comes to everything. And this we've always talked about as well, the fact that, hey, listen, most voters in the country are not these wacko Republicans. They, they don't like the extreme candidates, yada, yada. But now it turns out, may be a little bit wrong about that. And it may be that these voters in her district didn't only vote for her because she has an R next to her name. They may have actually loved her because she was a bit nutty. Like that was the selling point for these Republican voters in her district.

So we got a report this week from the Atlanta Journal Constitution, uh, reporter Patricia Murphy, and here's what she wrote. The word right now is that the base is confused. That's according to a G O P insider in Georgia. They're shaking their heads saying, I don't know what to do with this. They're hurt. Green's vote for the debt ceiling wasn't nearly as offensive to some fellow Republicans as something she told reporters on the steps of the capitol just after the vote. And what did she say? Folks? Marjorie Taylor Green told reporters after she voted for the debt ceiling bill quote, I live in reality, not conservative fantasy land. And that statement along with her actions the rest of the year, you know, supporting Kevin McCarthy when the Freedom Caucus was against him, they view her as moving to the establishment. But it's her statement, like, I live in reality, not your conservative fantasy land. That statement is what sent the voters in her district over the edge.

Here's what one of them had to say. So the other guys live in fantasy land. When she was being called a wacko, we had her back. Cuz y'all like the crazy, like when everybody said she's a wacko, we were like, yeah, but she's our wacko and we love her. But now that she's not wacko all the time, why we can't support somebody like that? God no. Imagine the reputation our district would get if we supported somebody who every now and then wasn't a complete lunatic. But apparently that is what's happening in her district. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not even trying to imply at all that Marjorie Taylor Green is not as crazy as she used to be. If anything, she's even crazier than she used to be. I don't buy into this whole reformation that she's allegedly been going through this year that she's moving to the center.

No, look at her statements. Look at her actions. She is as crazy as ever, if not worse than she was before. But the voters in her district don't see it that way and this fight that she has that started this week with Steve Bannon, of course, again, after the debt ceiling vote, uh, Bannon is now calling for a real MAGA Republican to primary her next year. Marjorie Taylor Green's got some problems in that district. Now folks, this is not a guarantee for her. It was bad enough when Steve Bannon was saying, we gotta do something about her. Yeah, okay, whatever.
