MORE Incompetence From Judge Cannon Revealed In Shocking Report

Another new report has come out showing the country just how incompetent Judge Aileen Cannon really is. Cannon is overseeing Trump's document trial, but it now looks like the DOJ has solid ground to request a new judge. The new report says that Cannon recently gave the jury instructions that DID NOT include the option to find a defendant NOT GUILTY, which will likely lead to the guilty verdict being thrown out. Well, folks, it turns out that Judge Eileen Cannon, the Trump appointed judge overseeing his documents trial is somehow some way even more incompetent than we already thought. Now, earlier this past week, we had gotten the reports where she bungled a case so badly, she violated the defendant's six amendment rights. Uh, she forgot to swear in the whole jury, and that case, likely the verdict would've been overturned by an appellate court because of her problems. Had the defendant not eventually agreed to, you know, uh, plead guilty and just kind of do away take Judge Cannon out of it because she's so bad. So he ended up getting a deal and it was very, by the way, egregious serious and gross charges that that person was, uh, uh, you know, arrested for, and Cannon couldn't even get that right. But a new report has come out showing that that's not the only case out of the criminal trials she's done. And it's only been four of them. She badly screwed up another one. It's now been revealed because on the jury form where they get to go back and vote guilty or not guilty, she didn't have not guilty as an option.

So she goes through and does her jury instruction, hands them the form, and the only thing they can vote for for the defendant is guilty. So guess what? The, the defendant was found guilty because the jurors were not given another option. Like, well, I guess there's only one box to check and, uh, we have to check one. So guilty it is, thanks Judge. You kind of made it easier for us. Doesn't seem legal, but you did it. This is what happens when you put grossly incompetent people on a federal bench where the only way to remove them is through impeachment. We don't have the numbers to impeach, we don't have the numbers to remove Judge Cannon. So no matter how many times we hear about how egregiously she screws up and violates people's constitutional rights, we can't do anything about it because we don't have the numbers to do that.

But the lawyer for, for the defendant who you know, was not given the option to be not guilty, uh, he has appealed this. He filed the motion, uh, this past Thursday and it's going to be overturned. So Judge Cannon out of her four criminal trials has two that would've been overturned on appeal had the first one not ended up cutting a deal. The second one will definitely be, uh, uh, definitely be overturned. And here is what University of Georgia Law Professor Elizabeth Tael said, I've never seen anything like it. I'm a law professor, and I found it cumbersome to read and follow. It's unclear to me why the court didn't, out of an abundance of caution include guilty

Or not guilty, the defense attorney for the defendant says that's her verdict form. There's no guilty and not guilty. The traditional format is guilty and not guilty as it was on the proposed form the government and I had created. We agreed on that, and she comes up with this, this is her creation. This is her baby. It's kind of funny. It's ridiculous. So you had the prosecution and the defense say, we agree on this form for the jury, and judge is like, nah, nah, nah, I'll make you a better for, trust me, I'm a judge. I'll make a better form.

Oops. And this is the woman who has bungled, at least that we know of 50% of the criminal trials she's handled because she's only handled four criminal trials for a grand total of 14 days. So half the time she screws up so badly that the conviction is likely gonna be overturned. Doesn't that sound like the kind of thing that Donald Trump would want? Like, Hey, this judge is so incompetent that she's gonna bungle it to where if I do get convicted, we can overturn it like this plays in Trump's favor. Which of course is why the D O J I think at this point has more than enough grounds to say, listen, you gotta get this judge off the case. This is among several other Trump trials, the trial of the century. This is basically one of the biggest trials this country has ever seen. The former president of the United States, uh, indicted on 40 different counts. You can't put that in front of a judge who doesn't know what the hell she's doing. And Judge Cannon clearly doesn't know what the hell she is doing.
