Well, folks, we've got another more personal question from one of our YouTube users here. This question comes from Zep fan 74, Zep four, uh, Zep fan. 74 asks me non-political question, what kind of music do you listen to? I would guess that country music is not the answer because of the conservative and religious overtones. I myself listened to oldies, rock and metal, and I am a non-religious person. Uh, now I will say there was a time, um, I was never like huge into country, but it was around the time, you know, I'm talking like year 2000, 2001, all that. When M T V stopped playing as many music videos as they used to. So I would actually flip it over to C M T because c m t like only did videos, uh, and I would actually put the sleep timer on my TV and use that to fall asleep.

So I actually kind of did get into it. I was listening to it all the time. Uh, but that, that did not last, um, I like Carrie under wood, I'm not gonna lie, and she's country still. Uh, but in terms of like, if I had to just pick like one genre that I'm gonna listen to and only listen to that forever, it's gonna be pop Punk. Um, here's a little bit about my musical history, and I just for the record, since we're, you know, getting a little personal here, all growing up, I always assumed 'cause I loved music. I, I, I loved playing music even though I was not very good at it. Well, I, I, I just knew for a fact my whole life I'm gonna grow up and I'm gonna be in a band. Like, that's what I'm gonna do. That's what I wanted to do.

Yeah, I, I tried to play guitar for many, many years and sucked at it. Still do, still try, still suck. Uh, I'm a pretty good drummer, I will say actually. But music was just not meant to be my career, but I still love it. I grew up, uh, you know, my formative years, if you will call them with music, was during the nineties grunge phase. So I grew up on, on Nirvana. I grew up on Smashing pumpkins, you know, sound garden, um, all of that. And it was fun. I love it. Still to this day, I can be doing something and if I'm, you know, listening to my music on Shuffle or whatever, and something comes on, it's like, uhoh, there it is. There it is. Oh my God. So that music will still get me. But from the alternative morphed into like, Hey, green Day's pretty fun.

Oh, it's a little punky. And then Blink 180 2, and I was like, oh, this is great. And then from Blink 180 2, you know, into like hot water music and, uh, all of that stuff, uh, newfound Glory, uh, all Time Low, which is probably one of my favorite bands of all time. And just kind of got into that genre with the pop punk and just kind of wrote it out. I still love it today. It's, I listen to it every day on my way to work. I listen to it every day on my way home from work. Um, so that's where my musical tastes lie at the moment. Now, in terms of what other stuff I do enjoy, um, I'll do some like early two thousands hip hop all day long. Like, that's great. Uh, I, I like Billy Joel. I do, I'm actually finding out, I kinda like Taylor Swift. I know more of her songs than I thought I knew, which is weird. Um, but yeah,

That's, that's kind of where I'm at with music. So I appreciate obviously the, the more personal question. Uh, but yeah, again, if I'm gonna pinpoint anything, I'm gonna go with Pop Punk. Uh, it's just fun, catchy, you know, even when it's kind of depressing lyrics, still upbeat and fun music. So I don't know. That's what I like.
