The group, Patriot Freedom Project, is set up as a nonprofit that is expressly prohibited from engaging in politics by supporting any candidate or Party, but they have held multiple events where they've either directly endorsed and encouraged people to support Trump, or they've outright held events at his properties. This is fairly cut and dry, but that doesn't mean anything will happen to them, as Farron Cousins explains.
